Kitty Witch Bakehouse workshops at Pitbarn Flower Farm
Kitty Witch Bakehouse was set up by Paula Evenden in 2020. She lovingly bakes for the village of Firle in East Sussex and the surrounding areas using the finest Shipton Mill organic flours and milled grain. She runs baking classes from her bakehouse and seasonal gatherings throughout the year. Paula is passionate about collaborating with others.
Stollen Bun Class: I love Stollen at Christmas time. These buns are a little more accessible than the large Stollen loaves eaten all over Germany. They are soaked with orange & spices with a perfectly formed ball of marzipan in the middle. The smell of these baking will bring Christmas to the barn. Once baked, they are coated in butter and dusted with icing sugar. Perfect for this season. They also freeze well and can be kept for later in the season.
